United Defense Tactical (UDT) is launching a state-of-the-art, membership-based self-defense training facility—and we’re seeking top-tier sales professionals to help us grow our membership-based training program ahead of our state-of-the-art facilities launch this summer with job training starting in May.
This is not a typical sales role. You’ll be helping everyday people gain the skills and confidence to protect themselves and their families.
Compensation
- $35,000 – $90,000+ annually
- Base salary + uncapped commissions
- High performers will significantly exceed the top range

Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)

Your Role
You will drive revenue by converting interested prospects into long-term members through immersive, high-impact experiences.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead 90-minute training demos (tour + simulator + membership offer)
- Convert prospects into members using a proven system
- Follow up & nurture leads who don’t enroll immediately
- Fill your calendar using our database of warm prospects
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (preferred) – Top performers typically come from:
- Fitness/gym, automotive, or high-ticket retail sales
- Coaching, consulting, or military recruiting
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based role
